I had to try a few times to get the program to apply the High quality setting to get a 320 kbps output because it kept defaulting to Normal 128 kbps even though I was selecting Apply To All Files button for Larger file size. The method of selecting the audio quality is limited to Low 64 kbps (Smaller file size) Normal 128 kbps and High 320 kbps (Larger file size). I am trying to convert LAME audio files to high bitrate mp3 files and when using the Advanced Settings after changing the Profile to MP3 MPEG Layer-3 (*.mp3) I am changing the Audio Quality Normal tab to High (Larger file size) the Apply To All button and convert 20 LAME files to mp3 which it did in 2 minutes 23 seconds. I installed this program on a Windows 7 PC and it installed easily.
